New Zealand Fendt dealers recently travelled to the US to immerse themselves in the heartland of Fendt
The trip was part of an international experience, where Fendt in North America hosted a group of Australian and New Zealand dealers at its newly opened Fendt Lodge in Jackson, Minnesota.
The 16,000-square-foot world-class customer experience centre is adjacent to AGCO’s Jackson manufacturing facility and is the site of customer visits, launch events, dealer meetings, and corporate gatherings.
The Fendt ANZ Dealers were the first international guests at the official home of Fendt in North America for the annual Fendt ANZ Dealer Meeting.
As well as experiencing the new Fendt Lodge firsthand, they had a tour of the world-class production facilities where Fendt tracked tractors and Rogator 900 sprayers are built. They also had the opportunity to hear the latest updates from both the North American and ANZ teams plus put some of the Fendt product range through their paces with test drives.
Following on from the ANZ dealer meeting at Jackson, they hit the road and visited Ziegler Ag in Madison Wisconsin to learn how one of North America’s biggest Fendt dealer groups supports their customers.
The next stop was Batavia, Illinois — home to one of AGCO’s biggest Parts Distribution Centres where they met the team responsible for ensuring farmers keep working in the field.
This immersive experience in the heartland of Fendt in the US offered the Fendt ANZ Dealers group invaluable insights and connections with the brand.
