There was plenty of crowd cheers and action at the Otorohanga Tractor Pull, hosted by Central Tractor Pull

Bradfields took out the award for biggest fleet presence, sponsored by Norwood TA, with a total of 12 of the team giving it a nudge in various classes. Jono Gibbs took second place in seven- to 8.5-tonne in the 718 Fendt (sponsor Waikato Tractors).

Tom Moorhouse took out best overall (sponsor Stihl shop, Hamilton East) in the power farming zero to sevne-tonne class.

Dana Lile backed up last year’s second placing with a first place in the 10- to 12-tonne class in the Case Puma 230. Debutant Cartryte Hemana-Wickliffe gained third place in the MF7722 in the same class and also being awarded most improved as well (Class sponsor Claas Harvest Centre Waikato).

The 12- to 14-tonne final was an all CNH affair seeing Casey Jardine take out first place in the Optum 300 and Ethan Mears pulling in third in the other Optum 300 (sponsor Giltrap AgriZone).

Cam Forster and Dale Graham duked it out in the 14- to 16-tonne class in the MF 8732s, with Cam coming in second, just pipping Dale at the post with a respectable third placing (sponsor Agrowquip NZ LTD).
