The Arcusin MultiPack C14 offers a fast and cost-effective bale stacking and handling solution

The new-generation C14 bale stacker can collect and pack small conventional bales into packs of 8, 10, 12, or 14 bales (hay, straw, and haylage) before releasing them as one combined bale.

The 14-bale setting produces one large bale, 2400mm long, 900mm high, and 900-1300mm wide.

"It makes conventional bale handling simple and straightforward and cuts down on manpower," Giltrap Agrizone Arcusin product manager Greig Singer says.

"Traditionally, we’ve picked up bales by hand, which is time-consuming and inefficient and just really hard work. The multi-pack is a really efficient way to handle bales and make life easier. We know that owners of these machines are extremely happy with the performance and simplicity of use."

The machine can also operate in a stationary mode, packing shed-stored bales

The Arcusin C14 can collect, tie off, and deposit between 300 and 400 bales per hour, and in a recent demonstration, the machine produced one 14-bale unit every 1m 40s.

The machine also operates in a stationary mode, packing shed-stored bales. Packing is separate from the baling process and can be done after, as well as during baling.

Shed storage of packs is an efficient use of space. The stacks and stable and the shed can be mechanically filled and emptied.

Economical to run with a low tractor horsepower requirement, the Arcusin C14 has its own hydraulic system and pump. All operations are controlled from the tractor cab.
