Profile: Jacks Machinery

Kiwi-owned and operated business Jacks Machinery is bringing a touch of Italy to NZ with its range of Faresin machinery.

Jacks Machinery is a long-established Whakatane business, proudly New Zealand-owned and operated by company owner Steve Jacks, who still works full-time in the business. With total dedication to New Zealand farmers, Jacks Machinery aims to deliver everything needed for the many agricultural, horticultural, and lifestyle businesses operating there.

While Faresin is a new brand to New Zealand, it’s a well-established Italian brand around the world, most notably in Australia. Proudly imported by Jacks Machinery, Faresin builds telehandlers from six to 17 metres with Yamar, Iveco, and Deutz engines depending on the model.

Three-point linkage and PTO models are also available for extra versatility around the farm and high lift models for industrial use. Faresin also builds mixer wagons from single, twin, or triple screw, up to self-propelled models. Both the telehandlers and mixer wagons have some unique features and are built out of tough quality steel in Italy only.

Adding the Faresin range to its portfolio gives Jacks machinery a well-rounded balance of equipment, which also includes Case IH tractors, Seppi machines, Hustler, and other well-respected brands.
