A fresh era for Cochranes of Canterbury, with the opening of its impressive new Ashburton branch.
The custom-designed and built premises, located at Racecourse Road, feature an extra-large workshop area with a built-in wash bay, a large glass front office with mezzanine floor, and a spacious warehouse for parts and accessories.
A family-owned and operated agricultural machinery business, Cochranes has been providing customer service and support to South Island farmers and contractors for more than 65 years.

Cochranes represents globally respected brands, such as CaseIH, New Holland, KUHN, HiSpec, Schuitemaker, Sigma4, ProDig, and Dalbo, as well as New Zealand brands Duncan and Giltrap.
Originally based in Leeston, Cochranes now also operates in Amberley, Ashburton, Oamaru, Timaru, the West Coast, and Blenheim and has clients throughout the South Island.
The project was managed by Cohesive Group, a family-owned and operated design and construction business with its head office in Christchurch and seven branches South Island wide.
“This landmark building in Ashburton was a custom design and features include a wash bay with sloped flooring to a drainage system, salt and peppered polished floors in the showroom, and an internal parts room and service room with its own internal roller door.
