The team behind Bay of Plenty Claas Harvest Centre won the NZ Dealership of the Year Award at Strive Annual Excellence Awards 2018

The team behind Bay of Plenty Claas Harvest Centre received the top gong in recognition of being the best-performing farm machinery dealership in New Zealand, winning the NZ Dealership of the Year Award at this year’s Strive Annual Excellence Awards.

The awards recognise the best performing dealerships, teams and individuals across Landpower and Claas Harvest Centre, the largest privately-owned farm machinery distribution network in Australasia.

The network represents some of the world’s leading farm machinery brands, including Claas, Amazone, JCB, and Trioliet, via 31 owned and franchised Claas Harvest Centres throughout New Zealand and Australia.

The dealership also won the Parts Team of the Year Award.

Established as a Landpower franchise in 1996, Bay of Plenty has grown to become one of New Zealand’s most successful dealerships for the CLAAS and JCB brands.

"We have a hard-earned reputation for the quality of our brands, our people and our service – and we have worked hard to maintain this," branch manager Bruce Rankin says.

"We want to be different from our competitors at every level of our business – sales, parts and service.

"Everything we do, we want to do better than the rest.

"Our success in this year’s Strive Awards is a win for everyone in the team.

"We still have a lot of things we want to do and we are focused on solutions, not problems."
