First Escorts driverless tractor equipped with BKT Agrimax tyres

Aimed at precision-based farming, the prototype driverless tractor, which Escorts calls a smart tractor, is able to automate operations such as ploughing and seeding.
Escorts says the model could see commercial launch in less than two years. Escorts' first driverless tractor is exclusively fitted with BKT branded radial Agrimax tires.
Renowned for its tractor ranges Farmtrac and Powertrac, Escorts has also worked alongside Microsoft, Reliance Jio, Trimble, Samvardhana Motherson Group, WABCO, BOSCH, and AVL.
