The Merge Maxx 1090

Inspired by the Merge Maxx 950 belt merger, Merge Maxx 760 and Merge Maxx 1090 are designed with the same versatility that makes the Merge Maxx 950 (central and side delivery that the driver can change at any time to suit the situation) so successful; regular windrows formed by the pick-up with cam and front reel with roller.

The Merge Maxx 760 model is equipped with two 2.75m-width pick-ups so actually picks up 5.5m in side-delivery mode.

In central-delivery mode, working width can be increased to 7.5m. The dimensions and features of this tool are designed for individual farm productions, machinery cooperatives and regions with rough, uneven ground.

It has two double-acting hydraulic valves and a control terminal that manage belt reversal and individual lift of pick-up units.

The Merge Maxx 1090 has the same main structure as the 950 model and reaches a working width of 11m in « central windrow » position.

When both 4.4m pick-ups are positioned side by side in side-delivery position, raking width reaches 8.80m (side windrow not included).

It is a complementary tool to powerful harvesting machines.

The same AT 10 control terminal is used to control this machine (with 2 double-acting valves) as the Merge Maxx 950 model.

As greater volumes of forage are carried on the conveyor belt, the side transit channel of the Merge Maxx 1090 has been enlarged.
