The Easydrill has the same planting system as a beet drill: seeding depth is controlled by a front and rear wheel. Seed positioning is very regular, ensuring perfect control of sowing depth. With the Easydrill, you can switch to direct seeding without compromising on planting quality.
The Easydrill range is available in a range of working widths: 3m and 4m rigid with mechanical distribution, and 4, 6 and 8 metre folding with pneumatic distribution. Rigid models have a partitioned hopper allowing two products to be seeded, at two different rates and two different depths.
Available with up to 4 hoppers
In a single pass, Easydrill 4, 6 and 8m are capable of seeding four different products, at four different rates, at two seeding depths. The four hoppers are managed by a single control unit. Through the main double hopper, Easydrill can sow at rates from 0.5 to 450kg/ha through a simple metering system that requires no change of metering rollers to change from small to large seeds. Easydrill has a simple calibration system and emptying of the hoppers is as simple as attaching a bag underneath and opening a slide. An additional one or two 120-litre hoppers can be added, enabling seeding rates of between 0.5 and 30kg/ha.
250 kg pressure per disc
Pressure is essential in dry conditions but becomes a handicap as soon as the rain arrives. This is why the Easydrill can modulate its pressure level from 0 to 250kg, simply by adding shims to a cylinder. Pressure can easily be applied to the front Farmflex consolidation wheel or to the rear press wheel. The rear press wheel only consolidates the seed furrow preventing the emergence of weeds and retaining moisture.
Two separate air circuits
To seed several products at different densities, the Easydrill can set different pressures in the circuits.

Intelligence
The optional E-drive seed distribution head can control each row independently, automatically shutting off the necessary rows according to your sprayer width. With Task Control, Easydrill is capable of headland shut off (TC-SC) and precision drilling according to a variable rate application map.
