Safety footwear company Steel Blue has successfully raised $10,000 for breast cancer charities through its ‘What a Pair’ campaign.

With $2500 raised in New Zealand and an additional $7500 in Australia, the campaign garnered tremendous support. The funds raised will be donated to Sweet Louise in New Zealand and Breast Cancer Care WA in Australia.

Steel Blue’s commitment to breast cancer awareness extends beyond the What a Pair campaign. The company includes a shower tag in every box of its pink work boots, providing instructions for conducting a breast self-check. This initiative aims to promote early detection, as early diagnosis is crucial in the successful treatment of breast cancer.

Although the What a Pair campaign has come to a close for this financial year, fundraising efforts continue throughout the year with the sale of Steel Blue’s Zip pink boots. Each purchase of these vibrant boots contributes $10 to the respective breast cancer charities.
