TRAC-AX
This extreme track machine has all the grunt and determination to cut brush, gorse and trees with a circumference of 127mm, on steep slopes with a gradeability of 35 degrees and stability of 40 degrees, left to right. It will out-perform any wheel-based mower in wet & slippery conditions or particularly rough terrain.
FEATURES
Safety features include an automatic self-levelling platform, automatic cut-off of cutting blades, and warning alarm if approaching the recommended safe slope limit.
¾ inch steel discs with six double-sided hardened tool steel hammer blades can cut trees up to 127mm in diameter.
The bi-directional hydraulic cutting system utilises both sides of the blades, without the need to turn the machine around, increasing overall productivity.
A front-mounted push bar keeps brush away from the machine and operator.
3.3 psi ground pressure track footprint for balanced weight distribution makes it gentle on the land with minimal track marks and disturbance of the top soil.
CMX227 RIDE-ON BRUSH CUTTER
Terrain Terror is the toughest ride-on brush cutter on the market – its 4WD capabilities with large tyres can smoothly manoeuvre over uneven, steep, or wet ground using the variable hydrostatic transmission. The lockable diff gives the machine added traction on all types of rough terrain. It has adjustable blades that trim or leave brush as high as 150mm.

COUNCIL APPROVED
The Canycom CMX227 brush cutter is council-approved, currently used by the following councils for bush and land management: Greater Wellington Regional Council, Christchurch City Council and Porirua City Council. This all terrain machine can handle slopes with a gradeability of 25 degrees and stability angle of 30 degrees, left to right.
